One hour of customized Hands and/or Foot Reflexology using the Ingham Method by an IIR-Certified Reflexologist. May or may not include Hand Reflexology and use of selected essential oils based on the client's preference. Additional Charge may apply if the client-site is more than 20 mins away from Gainesville, VA. Price and service limited to 30 miles from Gainesville, VA.

Learn and Perform Whole-body stretches for daily maintenance of major muscles to prevent some of the most common pains/injuries. Receive a guided stretching session, with proper instructions shared in-person. Daily use recommended! This is only offered as an add-on to Reflexology and Coaching sessions of 30 mins or longer at client-site. This is not a treatment nor medical advice for any injuries. In this 60-min Health Assessment and Master Plan, we will discuss your Health History, which you will pre-fill, and other facets of your lifestyle including exercise, nutrition, stress management. I will present a customized Master Plan that can help you overcome your health challenges. The Master Plan will be emailed to you in PDF format after the session. If you choose to proceed with the Premiere Wholistic Health Coaching program, this fee will be applied towards it.
