Services may include:
Customized Hand and Foot Reflexology with or without the use of Essential Oils at client's discretion.
Exercises for Energy/Vitality/Relaxation and Stretches for Injury/Pain Prevention.
Customized Health Coaching to help reverse lifestyle-related health issues (Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, etc.).
Reflexology is provided at client-site (additional charge applies for client-site more than 20 minutes away from Gainesville, VA), while Health Coaching can be provided at client-site or over voice/video call.
